BONUS PUZZLE! I normally publish every other week but I had this idea on Sunday and Halloween was coming up so I figured what the hell, let's bang out a puzzle. I hope the base phrase is well known enough to resonate. I think it should be obvious and I've heard of it so that makes it good enough for me. High standards at this publication. There were some answers I wanted to put in, including an infamous Simpsons joke, but it just didn't work out. There were a couple of spots where I was "forced" to include some less than ideal fill. Normally I would try and re-create those areas and get those words out but I didn't have the time.
