Themed #166 - State Foods

I keep saying something similar but it's been a while since I've posted a puzzle. Just life getting in the way of things I suppose. Aside from the obvious familial duties I've joined two book clubs so have been spending a lot of time reading. And having to commute into the office eats about two hours a day. Ah time, our most precious resource.
