I'm on vacation so a short write-up this week. Started with the concept and it evolved into being 4-letter capitals. I guess there is some consistency in that. 61-across is an inside joke with my friends and I - they made me shirts with the phrase for my bachelor party.
Update - fixed two(!) cluing errors. I need a better editor.
