I think there was only one seed entry for this puzzle: 15-across. The meal is delicious and I haven't seen it in a puzzle so I wanted to use it. I wanted to place this in a stack so I could attempt working at longer stacks. I think the most I've done up til now was stacks of 9 so I have broken some sort of personal barrier. I think the NW and SE stacks actually are all pretty good and the short crossings mostly solid (61-down the exception). 15-acrosses would make a good 12-down since I try and stay away from carbs during the work week.
