Since I found out the Universal crossword accepts 74-word themeless puzzles I've been playing around with that format for many of my themeless puzzles. I kind of thought 72-word was the standard, and I thin it remains that for the most part, but I think the 74-word themeless is a good starting point for dipping your toes in the themeless pool. The file title for this is actually Banana Split since that was going to be a marquee entry but as you can see, that is not an entry. I'm not sure what caused that entry to be omitted but here we are.
